Katina takes the personal and challenging strife we may have at points in our life and offers a grounded toolkit to help navigate those feelings. Overall, the book is a very useful aid. I first read the book as a technical read to establish my connection with the book and then I started to use the book as she intended. Katina takes the year and breaks it into 52 weekly pieces with helpful suggestions and insights. The messaging in one week can stand alone but the connectivity week-after-week is additive and complimentary. The language and tone are accessible; this resource is not layered in complexity and remains effective.

I particularly appreciate the spirit of Week 25 – ‘Celebrate the moment’ — “We experience everything for a reason, even when we have no idea why. Accept this challenge when something stressful knocks at your door.” Good stuff.
