David Dockter

David Dockter grew up in Colorado during the 50’s and 60’s. His activates included rodeoing in hi school as well as fishing and hunting. To support these activities, he had several jobs including janitor, pool construction, and working for several dairies hauling hay. Upon graduation he joined the US Navy serving four years active and twelve more as a reservist. David married his high school sweetheart in 1972 raising four beautiful kids together. He lost his wife in 2001 after 28 years together. He now lives in Ordway Colorado where he is active in the community and the church having served as an elder for the past twelve years. David loves to get out and go fishing and camping, whenever he can, in the mountains of Colorado. Where God’s beauty and majesty can be enjoyed.

Growing up in the west as an orphan was hard but Mike Fagan has to do just that. His father was killed in an Indian massacre in which he and his dog Wolf were the only survivors. With the help of God and friend, he meets along the way Mike fulfills his father’s dream and grows into a man along the way.
