Dr. Tracey B. Manuel is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in organizational development, leadership, and information technology. He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Development and Leadership, specializing in e-learning. Dr. Manuel earned his bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Auburn University.
As the President and CEO of Security 1st Consulting, LLC, Dr. Manuel leads initiatives in communication management, relationship building, stakeholder interaction, change management, team building, leadership, and process improvements.
Beyond his corporate endeavors, Dr. Manuel is deeply committed to youth empowerment and education. He serves as the President of the Board for Developing and Empowering Smart and Mighty Youths (DESAMY) Inc., a global non-profit organization dedicated to educating and empowering young individuals to build purposeful lives and serve their communities. Additionally, he is a board member of Information Technology Employer Oriented Education (ITEOE) Business International, a non-profit organization focused on charitable and educational purposes. He also serves on the board on the Cordesville Community Citizens non-profit organization, which is a local community non-profit supporting the needs of the under served in his local community.
Dr. Manuel’s military service includes over 26 years in the United States Army Reserves, where he held various positions, including that of an education officer. He currently resides in Moncks Corner, South Carolina, with his wife and daughter, and they enjoy traveling together in their RV.
In addition to his professional and philanthropic work, Dr. Manuel is an author. His book, “Navigating the Next Generation: A Guide to Working with Millennials and Gen Z,” offers insights into understanding and collaborating with younger generations in the workplace.
