Cheraba Just

Cheraba Just fell in love with poetry as a way of expression at a very young age. The earliest poems included in this collection were written when she was ten years old, growing up in a rural community. As she grew up, joined the military, and served overseas, she jotted observations along the way. Some of the later poems were written after bad days in Iraq. One poem, written in Boot Camp was published in Leatherneck Magazine, and another in the National Library of Poetry’s “Prism of Thoughts.”
