Canada's First Mosque - The AI Rashid is dedicated to the Arab-Muslim pioneers, whose names appear in the book you are about to read. The names and spellings, as given, are the way they appeared in the Arabian Muslim Charter which was registered in 1938. These names in brackets, however, are provided by me, the author, in order to let the reader become aware of the names the pioneers were known by when they were living in Canada.
